I called on a Saturday morning to see if they could see my daughter who had her wisdom teeth removed at another office & was experiencing pain. That office was not open & Monroe Oral Surgery graciously agreed to see her. They treated the area & my daughter left feeling better! Great staff ! Great experience!

I would not recommend Monroe Family Dentist in Dearborn based on my experience. About a year ago, I went in for a routine cleaning while I had active dental insurance through my employer. The office verified my insurance coverage before my appointment and proceeded with treatment. Several months later, after I had already been seen, my employer canceled my insurance because I was placed on long-term disability. Despite the fact that I was insured at the time of my appointment, Monroe Family Dentist is now attempting to bill me over $1,000 for that visit. I explained my situation and the circumstances surrounding my insurance coverage, but I felt that my concerns were dismissed. Rather than working with me to resolve the issue, the focus seemed to be solely on collecting payment. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. As a result, neither I nor my family will be returning to this practice. If customer care and understanding are important to you, I would suggest carefully reviewing your options before choosing this office.

The best experience I've ever had! Special thanks to my hygienist, Richard, for the outstanding service he provided. He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. His attention to detail and genuine care made the visit exceptional. Highly recommended!!!!

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. I am very anxious about going to the dentist, but the entire team made my experience extremely comfortable and positive. I had extensive dental work done and never once felt anxious throughout the process. Dr. Case is an excellent dentist, and I truly appreciate the care and compassion shown by everyone in the office.

My wife and I have been patients to this office for over a year and been enjoying the care they provide for us. They do a great job in caring for the individual and assuring they are welcomed with any questions/concerns. They provide great insight and detail in their work as well with great tips to take home!
